The homeowners board consists of elected representatives from the neighborhood. The board's job is to manage the business of the neighborhood. The board holds homeowners meetings the second Thursday of each month at 7:00pm in the Coachman's Trail Clubhouse. Each and every homeowner is encouraged to attend and participate in the discussions at these meetings.
